Returns Policy

We hope you’ll be very happy with your purchase. If in the event you are not satisfied or change your mind, please contact us for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving the item. Items will then need to be posted back within 14 days.

*Please note this does not apply to custom orders, which are non-refundable except in the case of damage*

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 14 days to the credit/debit card used to place the order once we have received the returned item in it’s original condition and packaging (please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item is faulty or damaged). If the item has been used, a reasonable amount may be deducted from the refund to cover this.

We highly recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning an item. If a returned package gets lost, the proof of postage can be used as evidence of having returned the goods and your refund can still be processed.

You will be refunded the full cost of the item plus the original shipping cost. Additional shipping costs for upgrades to a fast-tracked delivery service cannot be reimbursed.

If an item is faulty or has been damaged during delivery please contact us before returning it and include a photo of the damage so a claim can be registered with the Royal Mail. In the case of a faulty or damaged item, either a replacement will be shipped to you or a refund issued.

If you think your package may be lost, please contact us to investigate. If an item hasn't arrived within the estimated shipping time it may be stuck in customs or been mislaid on route. Please note we are based in the UK and Royal Mail does not consider an international package as lost or missing until 5 weeks has passed.

If a package is un-deliverable due to an inaccurate shipping address provided by the customer, or if a package is unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
