*Please remember this is an unusual year and there are delays to the postage systems. International orders will be sent tracked and all best efforts will be made to get your items to you in time for Christmas.
Please ensure the shipping address at checkout is correct. If ordering a gift and you opt to have the item sent direct, please check the shipping address is different from the billing address.
Items in stock will be shipped from the UK within 5-10 business days of payment being received. Made to order and custom items can take up to 4-6 weeks to ship depending on the order and we will be in touch with you throughout the process regarding shipping times.
Shipping costs vary depending on your country. If you require next day/fast-track delivery please contact me before purchasing, as this will incur an additional charge.
- All albums are shipped using a tracked or recorded service for your peace of mind.
- Bookbinding Kits and notebooks are only sent using a tracked service for international orders. UK orders are sent Royal Mail 2nd class.
- Art prints are not sent using a tracked service.
Please note that I am based in the UK and customers should be aware that they might be subject to custom fees for international packages. The customer is responsible for paying any duties and/or custom fees their order incurs. This online calculator is very helpful in working out in advance any fees you might have to pay:
UK - usually within 3 - 10 working days once dispatched
Europe - approx 5 - 20 working days once dispatched
Everywhere else - approx 2 - 5 weeks once dispatched
International customers should also be aware that packages can be held in customs, which can add to your delivery time.
*CORONAVIRUS UPDATE - dispatch and shipping times may be longer than usual as due to Covid-19 as we are posting our orders out in batches. Please be aware that international deliveries in particular are experiencing severe delays due to the global pandemic. We recognise that this is frustrating but sadly is something that is out of our control.
